Requirements:



• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness management.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in aircraft maintenance or production planning.
• Experience in corporate jet engineering is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure with good decision-making.
• Willing to travel frequently
